Temperature in RHA Wrapper is an internal decorrelation device, not a creativity dial. Primary generation runs deterministic on purpose — determinism is the product thesis. Where temperature enters is retries and swarms: successive fresh draws walk a ladder up to this ceiling, so each draw samples a different basin instead of re-warming the last one.
The ceiling (0.2–1.0) scales that ladder. Lower it for models that degrade at high temperature; raise it when draws keep converging to the same wrong answer and you need wider exploration. Per-agent in Advanced Mode — the right ceiling for a 2B Operator is usually wrong for a Supervisor.
