The Operator is the workhorse — deliberately the smallest viable model. It builds each feature against its frozen suite and runs the bounded repair loops of RHA: the high-volume tree traversal where per-call cost dominates.
The architecture is designed so a weak model succeeds by iteration rather than brilliance: bounded units, deterministic verification after every attempt, fresh decorrelated retries on stall. Ten cheap draws from a 2B model, independently sampled, beat one anchored grind.
max passes · swarm width · warmth / temperature ceiling · effort · max attempts · stall limit. With two Operators (Advanced Mode), each has independent knobs — a temperature that helps one model can hurt another.
